SUBJECT: Kingsport Police Solicit Citizen Assistance in Identifying Vacuum Cleaner Thief

GENERAL NARRATIVE
On December 26, 2014 at approximately 5:00 PM, a white male suspect disabled a security device to enable him to shoplift a $700 Dyson vacuum cleaner from Kohl’s, located at 2626 East Stone Drive in Kingsport.

A photo of the suspect, taken from surveillance video, is included in this release. A clip of the video footage has been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below.
