| Sandra L. Noe is currently wanted by the Kingsport Police Department on an outstanding warrant for Felony Theft of Property over $500.
Ms. Noe had been staying with an acquaintance at 1220 Riverside Avenue in Kingsport during the two week time period prior to July 10, 2013. At some point during her stay, Ms. Noe stole several items of jewelry from the residence and pawed them at a local gold exchange business. The jewelry has since been recovered.
