On October 23, 2013, the Kingsport Police Department released a video of the actual crime in progress to the media. One of the suspects, Stephen P. On October 18, 2013 at approximately 9:20 AM, two white males drove to 1225 Tranbarger Drive in Kingsport and backed a truck up to a barn at the rear of the property. They loaded approximately $2,000 worth of items into the bed of the truck. The stolen items included a concrete mixer, some tractor equipment, and assorted scrap metal. The suspects are both white males. Their truck appears to be a late 1970s Primer Gray Ford F-100 Long Bed Pickup. The truck has a sliding rear glass window with several assorted stickers affixed to the glass. Two photos of the pickup are included in this release, as is a link to a video clip of the actual crime in progress. Anyone who recognizes the suspects or the pickup is asked to contact the K.P.D.
