Kingsport Police have responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.
On February 1, 2014 at approximately 11:00 PM a 1996 Toyota Camry, driven by Allison M. Dyer, was traveling west on East Stone Drive in the centermost westbound traffic lane. A pedestrian, Jonathan E. Cramer, attempted to cross East Stone Drive from 1336 East Stone Drive (Long John Silver’s) and was struck by Ms. Dyer’s vehicle. Mr. Cramer was transported to Holston Valley Medical Center by Sullivan County E.M.S. with incapacitating injuries.
