KPD e-Press Release: Kingsport Police Asking for Help in Identifying Credit Card Fraud Suspect

The Kingsport Police Department is asking for help in identifying a credit card fraud suspect.
Between January 2, 2014 and January 10, 2014 an individual made four separate fraudulent transactions utilizing a stolen Lowes credit card. These purchases, which totaled nearly $500, were made at Lowes, located at 2526 East Stone Drive in Kingsport. The suspect is a white female with dark shoulder length hair. She is of average height and medium build and appears to be in her 20s or possibly 30s. A photo of the suspect taken from surveillance footage is included in this release.
