KPD e-Press Release: Detectives Ask Public to Help ID Suspects in Felony Theft of Laptop Computers

Detectives are asking the public to help them identify two suspects wanted in connection with the theft of two laptop computers.
On December 20, 2013 at approximately 9:25 PM, two suspects stole two laptop computers from Wal-Mart, located at 2500 West Stone Drive in Kingsport. The suspects broke into a locked security cabinet to gain access to the computers. One was manufactured by Toshiba, and the other by Acer. The computers have a value of approximately $400 each. The suspects are both white males with short dark hair. One of the individuals appears to be clean shaven with sideburns, while the other individual appears to have a mustache. Both look to be of average height and stocky build. These two individuals are believed to be possibly traveling in an older model, light colored, Honda Accord with a sunroof and damage to the passenger’s side. In the video, the suspects are the two white males wearing hooded sweatshirts, jackets, and blue jeans who are pushing a shopping cart.
