GENERAL NARRATIVE | |||
On October 7, 2015 at approximately 3:30 AM, a white male suspect used a stolen pre-paid credit card to purchase gas and cigarettes at the Roadrunner Market, located at 2000 North Eastman Road in Kingsport. The card was originally stolen along with the victim’s wallet in Blountville, TN with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office conducting a parallel investigation into that theft.
The suspect was captured on surveillance video during the transaction, and photos taken from that footage have been included in this release. A clip from the actual video has also been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below: Anyone who recognizes this individual is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D.
