SUBJECT: Rogersville Man in Custody for Photographing a Juvenile in the Dressing Room of a Kingsport Clothing Store
DATE: September 18, 2014
GENERAL NARRATIVE
On July 31, 2014 Kingsport Police Patrol Officers were called to Old Navy, located at 2626 East Stone Drive in the Kingsport Pavilion Shopping Center. The responding officers spoke with a 16 year old female juvenile. She stated that while she was trying on clothes in the dressing room, a white male suspect stuck his foot under the door, and she noticed that he had a camera affixed to his boot.

The suspect left the store prior to police arrival; however, witnesses were able to provide a detailed description of him and his vehicle, complete with a license plate number. Further investigation by K.P.D. Detectives revealed the identity of the suspect as Bradley Justin Wallen of Rogersville, and a warrant was obtained for his arrest charging him with the crime of Observation without Consent.

On September 18, 2014, at approximately 10:30 AM, K.P.D. Detectives located Mr. Wallen at his residence at 737 Mountain View Road in Rogersville. He was arrested without incident and transported to the Kingsport City Jail, where he was confined pending a $750 bond.
