SUBJECT: Kingsport Police Request Assistance in Identifying Debit Card Fraud Suspect
DATE: Match 27, 2014
GENERAL NARRATIVE
On March 21, 2014 at approximately 8:30 PM, what appears to be a white female suspect fraudulently used a stolen debit card to make a purchase of $266.22 at K-Mart, located at 1805 East Stone Drive in Kingsport. Three more unsuccessful attempts to use the card were made as well, one attempt at this same location, and two attempts at Walmart, located at 3200 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport.

The suspect left the scene with what appears to be a white male accomplice in a newer model minivan. The debit card came to be in the possession of the suspect after the victim’s wallet was stolen in Washington County, TN.
