SUBJECT: K.P.D. Detectives in Search of Suspect Who Went Shopping with Stolen Debit Card

GENERAL NARRATIVE
During the morning hours of April 29, 2015, a white male suspect went shopping with a stolen debit card at various locations around the City of Kingsport. The debit card was among several items in a woman’s wallet that was stolen the previous evening while she was exercising at an area fitness facility.

The card was fraudulently used to make the following charges:

1) $34.22 at Zoomers located at 2306 Sullivan Gardens Parkway

2) $1.00 at Zoomers located at 2306 Sullivan Gardens Parkway

3) $31.51 at Walgreens located at 1420 West Stone Drive

4) $6.57 at Redbox located at 1420 West Stone Drive

5) $1.00 at Roadrunner Market located at 1104 South Wilcox Drive

The suspect was captured on surveillance video during one of the transaction, and photos are included in this release. Also included is a photo of what appears to be a dark colored sport utility vehicle in which the suspect is believed to have been traveling.
