| K.P.D. Vice Detectives have arrested two Castlewood, VA residents for the sale and delivery of Subutex.
On January 16, 2014 at approximately 11:00 AM, Kingsport Police Vice Detectives responded to 120 West Stone Drive in Kingsport to meet Derrick Maurice House who had offered via telephone to sell them Subutex. Mr. House arrived at this location in a Toyota truck driven by Cheria Lynn Funk. Detectives found a quantity of eleven (11) Subutex pills inside the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Ms. Funk’s driver’s license was currently revoked and she was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Sullivan County Criminal Court for Violation of Probation and Failure to Appear. Both individuals were arrested and transported to the Kingsport City Jail.
