KPD e-Press Release: Detectives Investigating Pharmacy Burglary

Kingsport Police Detectives are investigating a burglary to a local pharmacy.
On February 5, 2014 at approximately 4:30 AM, Berry’s Pharmacy, located at 1717 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport, was burglarized. The suspect had already left prior to the incident being reported to law enforcement; however, responding officers observed broken glass that had resulted from forced entry to the business. A significant quantity of commonly abused prescription medication was stolen during the incident. Surveillance video revealed that a lone individual was responsible for the incident. The suspect was attired in a heavy winter coat, yet strangely wore shorts and no shoes. Photos of the suspect are included in this release.
