KPD e-News Release: Suspect Wanted in Dollar General Wallet Theft

Kingsport Police Detectives are asking for assistance in identifying a suspect in a recent theft.
On March 16, 2014 at approximately 12:30 PM a white female suspect entered Dollar General, located at 704 Lynn Garden Drive in Kingsport. She went directly to the break room and stole two wallets from employee’s purses. She then left the store in a light blue vehicle that appears to be a Buick. Photos of the suspect and the front of her vehicle taken from store surveillance footage are included in this release. The actual video has been made available on the K.P.D. YouTube Channel via the link below. Anyone who recognizes either the suspect or her vehicle is asked to contact the K.P.D.
