| Effective Monday, July 3, 2023 the new hours of operation for the Kingsport Police Department Records Division will be Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This will be a change from the previous operating hours of 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM. | ||||
