KPD e-News Release: Detectives Request Citizen Assistance in Identifying Thief
GENERAL NARRATIVE |
On January 29, 2015 at approximately 5:30 PM, a white male suspect shoplifted a felonious amount of merchandise from Wal-Mart, located at 3200 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport. The stolen items, with a combined total value of nearly $900, included an assortment of power and hand tools, electronics, and camping equipment.
A photograph of the suspect captured by video surveillance is included in this release. He is pictured pushing the stolen merchandise in a shopping cart as he exits the store. A clip from the actual video footage has been made available for viewing on the K.P.D. YouTube channel via the link below: Anyone who recognizes him is asked to contact the K.P.D.
