16-010922 (Credit Card Fraud/CVS)
On April 30, 2016 a resident of the 4500 block of Memorial Boulevard in Kingsport reported his credit card stolen. He advised that it had been taken from a desk inside his home sometime during the past five days. There was no sign of forced entry, and the victim believes that it was most likely taken by someone who had permission to be in the home.

On the same day the card was reported stolen, it was fraudulently used to make purchases at Kroger, Wal-Mart, Macado’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Minute Market, and CVS. The total amount of the fraudulent transactions exceeds $500.

Two white male suspects were captured on surveillance video at Wal-Mart during one of the transactions. Photos taken from that footage have been included in this release.

Anyone who recognizes either of these suspects or who may have any additional information which may help solve these cases is asked to contact Detectives in the K.P.D. Criminal Investigations Division at 423-229-9429 or call Kingsport Central Dispatch at 423-246-9111.

Alternatively, if an individual who is able to supply information related to this or any other case wishes not to be identified, tips can be submitted anonymously via online “Citizen Feedback” forms available at the following link:
