Kingsport seeking input on Christmas Lights from Residents
The City of Kingsport in cooperation with Express Signs has installed an example of 2009 Christmas decorations that include a -cross-street garland stretching across Broad Street. This example will only be on display for one week and will be removed. The City of Kingsport has upgraded Christmas decorations in recent years, and would like input from downtown merchants before proceeding with this vintage look. If installed, the cross-street decorations will also include bows and be lit at night.
