Kingsport 2009 Trash/Yard Waste Collection Info
The staff of the Public Works Department of the City of Kingsport work
very hard to provide the city with a quality trash and yard waste
collection service. Last year, the city introduced the Pinpoint
GeoTech system which has mapped out the most efficient routes of
collection services for the city. It has been a success and has saved
the city a noticeable amount on fuel and vehicle maintenance expenses.
The innovation, however, has changed the times of service in some
