Enjoy the early summer season by participating in a Bays Mountain Yoga Hike. This hike features a 2-mile, out and back portion of the Lake Road and Azalea Trails that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. The old amphitheater and other stops along the way are utilized to teach standing yoga poses that will challenge and develop your strength, flexibility and balance. Isometric core work will be emphasized while hiking. Cost is $6 per person and all levels are welcome. Please wear exercise clothing and plan to meet outside the Nature Center. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
