Calling all green thumbs and garden enthusiasts. The Kingsport Public Library, in partnership with the Kingsport Farmers Market, will be hosting a seed swap event this Saturday.
The event will take place at the farmers market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on February 15. Come downtown to swap seeds, share gardening tips with like-minded folks and explore a variety of local vendors offering plants, books, tools and all things gardening. And all just in time for spring.
You can also join in with the hands-on seed-starting activity where folks can plant seeds in water jugs with potting soil (while supplies last).
