5th Annual PetWorks Fur Ball @ MeadowView Benefit

Petworks Animal Services announces the 2025 Fur Ball that will take place on April 5, 2025, at Meadowview Marriott Conference Resort & Convention Center. Tickets are $150 per person and are also available through a variety of sponsorship opportunities.

This 5th annual Fur Ball Gala is themed “All Jazzed Up for Pets” and will feature a silent auction, cocktail reception, seated dinner, a live auction and lots of music and dancing!
The 2025 Fur Ball will feature The Tonez from Western North Carolina. This seven piece ensemble’s playlist is deep and wide! From disco to rock and roll, the group are masters of all genres and will be sure to get guests grooving, swaying and swinging to favorites from Motown, R&B, Ballads and Rock and Roll. Get your requests ready and dust off your dancing shoes!

Our 2025 Fur Ball mascots, the beloved Gorgeous (Pat & Mary Shull) and beautiful Pearl (Debbie Waggoner), have extended a cordial invitation to you and your friends, and your family! Join us as we celebrate all the great things happening at Petworks and raise some money to help the hundreds of animals at the shelter.

The Silent Auction and Cocktail Reception begins at 5:30 PM and will feature jazz music from the David Cate Trio. Our dinner, program, and entertainment will begin at 6:45 PM.

There is always the question of what to wear. Jazz-themed events are a chance to get a little creative. Feel free to include elements of fun and casual to glitz and glamour. You can embrace the exuberance and sophistication of jazz or the fun and funky side! Come how you are comfortable and be ready to bid on some great auction items to help the animals at Petworks.

Petworks Animal Services provides shelter, care, and re-homing of adoptable animals for the Kingsport community. Petworks also serves as Animal Control for the City of Kingsport. In 2024, over 2,318 animals entered Petworks as strays, owner surrenders and neglect cases. All proceeds from the 2025 Fur Ball will provide support for Petworks to continue caring for the animals of Kingsport and help create new programs to keep pets in their homes.
