WORK SESSION MEETING
July 6 & 20, 2020 and August 3 & 17, 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all citizens of the City of Kingsport, Tennessee, to all persons interested and to the public at large, that pursuant to Executive Order Number 16 issued by Governor Bill Lee on March 20, 2020, the Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen will conduct work session meetings electronically on Monday, July 6 & 20, 2020 and August 3 & 17, 2020, commencing at 4:30 p.m. Members of the board may attend the meeting electronically, including, but not limited to, telephonically. The physical location of the meeting is the City Hall Building, 225 West Center Street, Kingsport, TN.
In light of COVID 19 and to help prevent its spread and in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public there will be no physical access permitted by the public at the physical location of the meeting. The meeting will be conducted electronically, and members of the public can attend and listen to the meeting through access of the video at www.kingsporttn.gov and clicking on the ‘Livestream Video’ box. Alternatively, the audio recording of the meeting will also be available within two business days of the meeting at www.kingsporttn.gov and clicking on the ‘Livestream Video’ box and then clicking on BMA Work Session Audio for the respective meeting date.

Board members are not required to be physically present together. Board members attending the meeting by electronic means will be counted in the quorum.
All City of Kingsport public meetings are conducted in accessible locations.
