Kingsport - Traffic on Gibson Mill Rd. will be impacted on Monday, February 1st, 2010 for water line construction. Due to this construction, crews will be directing single lane traffic on Gibson Mill Rd. all day. Expect slight delays. The construction is scheduled for one day only and traffic on Gibson Mill Rd. will resume to normal on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010.
